The rental agreement between the guest and Guldborg Camping is binding once this contract has been concluded.

The prices are stated in Danish Krones and include the stated number of persons for the desired period.

Visitors, including day guests, who are not included in the rental agreement, must report upon arrival and pay the regular guest/day price.

PAYMENT

– When booking in our booking system, payment must be made by credit card within 24 hours of booking. If there are any problems with the payment, we can be reached by phone: (+45) 51 51 77 87 or by e-mail info@guldborgcamping.dk.
– Only in consultation with us can the payment also be transferred to our account as a SEPA transaction in Euros *:

Please state name and reservation number! With the payment, the rental conditions of Guldborg Camping are accepted.

* IMPORTANT! If you transfer Euros to an account in Denmark, you use the Euro payment (SEPA). Any additional costs resulting from transferring a currency other than Euros are at your expense.

CANCELLATION

– If the rental price is not paid in full or is paid too late, Guldborg Camping reserves the right to cancel the booking.

– The following applies to cancellation of the reservation by the tenant:
The cancellation is valid from the moment Guldborg Camping receives the written notice thereof. In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 25% of the payment will be retained, with a minimum of DKK 750. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the total rental price will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

– Check-in from 2-7 PM. Later arrival is always possible, by telephone arrangement. Tel.: (+45) 51 51 77 87.
– Arrival between 11:00 and 12:00 is possible, but only if there is space and after telephone arrangement. Tel.: (+45) 51 51 77 87.
– Check-out no later than 1 PM.
– Earlier arrival or later departure than booked must be agreed and may incur additional costs.
– Reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 21:00 during the high season. In spring and autumn, reception is only open if necessary.

ACCOMMODATION

– When setting up a caravan, camper or tent on the site, there must always be a fire distance of 3 meters to the next object, regardless of whether the other object is in use. Therefore, tents, caravans and motorhomes must be placed 1.5 metres from the border on all sides.
– Any damage to the terrain, buildings or other objects during your stay must be reported to Guldborg Camping immediately.
– Smoking is prohibited in our buildings. In the event of a violation, a basic cleaning (ozoning) of at least 850 DKK will be charged.
– Pets are not allowed in our buildings. Dogs must always be kept on a leash, except in the dog playground. The campsite is not a dog toilet, please walk your dog outside the campsite.

Guldborg Camping reserves the right to replace the rented object with another, with at least an equivalent standard. Guldborg Camping cannot be held financially liable for damage due to force majeure (disaster, strike, fire, riot, weather conditions and the like) and external circumstances that we cannot influence ourselves. In the event of damage that makes the rented object uninhabitable, Guldborg Camping will try to find a comparable alternative in the area. If this is not possible, Guldborg Camping will reimburse the guest for the amount paid in advance.

Kontraktforholdet mellem gæsten og Guldborg Camping er bindende fra bestillingen.

Priserne er angivet i danske kroner og gælder for det opgivne
antal personer i det ønskede tidsrum. Gæster udover det antal
angivet på lejekontrakten, skal forud for ethvert ophold – besøg
eller overnatning – meddeles Guldborg Camping og der betales
normal personpris.

BETALING
Betalingssum og frist meddeles lejeren per Email og betaling sker
ved indbetaling på vores konto:

Husk at angive navn og reserveringsnummer. Ved betaling accepteres
Guldborg Camping lejebetingelser.

AFBESTILLING
• Er den fuldstændige betaling ikke foretaget rettidigt,
forbeholder Guldborg Camping sig ret til at annullere
bestillingen.
• For lejers afbestilling af ophold betragtes denne som
foretaget den dag Guldborg Camping modtager skriftlig meddelelse
herom. Sker afbestilling Indtil 1 måned før ankomst tilbageholdes
25% af lejen dog mindst DKK 750. Ved afbestilling mindre end 1
måned før ankomst mistes hele lejebeløbet.
HYTTER
• Hytter er til rådighed på ankomstdagen fra kl.14.00.
Hytten skal afleveres inden kl. 11.00 på afrejsedagen.
• Hyttene er udstyret med køkkengrej, dyner og hovedpuder, 1 viskestykke og 1 karklud.
• Sengelinned og håndklæder skal medbringes eller lejes hos os.
• Eventuelle fejl og mangler ved det lejede objekt, skal
meddeles omgående, så tingene kan bringes i orden.
• Rygning er forbudt i samtlige bygninger på Guldborg
Camping. Skulle rygeforbudet ikke overholdes afkræves
grundrengøring (ozonisering) med 850 DKK og tab af lejeindtægt med
min. 2 max. 4 x dagsprisen.
• Dyr er tilladt i vores hytter men kun efter aftale.

Guldborg Camping forbeholder sig ret til at erstatte det lejede
objekt med et andet i minimum tilsvarende standard. Guldborg
Camping kan ikke gøres økonomisk ansvarlig for force majeure
(katastrofe, strejke, brand, optøjer, vejrforhold, storm og
lignende) og udefrakommende forhold, som vi ikke selv bestemmer over. I tilfælde af skader som gør det lejede objekt ubeboelig,
vil Guldborg Camping forsøge at finde et lignende alternativ i
området. Er det ikke muligt betaler Guldborg Camping eventuelle
forudbetalte beløb tilbage til gæsten.
